HEDS provided design services to renovate an existing industrial and office complex in Waynesboro, Virginia for Solution Place. The existing facility, built in the 1950’s, has 340,000 SF of warehouse and office space. HEDS designed the renovated entry and lobby, various office space and assisted in procuring a National Historic Designation for the facility. HEDS services also included masterplanning of an additional 250,000 SF of warehouse space, 65,000 SF of flex space and 15,000 SF of office space.
